aETS – adult Education Through Sport

The “aETS” project is an Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnership project (2019-1-PL01-KA204-065787) in the field of Adult Education aimed at supporting adult educators, extending and developing educators competences and other staff who work with adult learners. The objective is to promote open education and innovative practices in a digital era.

“aETS” project is designed to support adult educators with new tools development in the field of Education Through Sport. The innovative approach was developed by introducing education tools using the newest tools of Virtual Reality Technology.

aETS, which started in September 2019, involves 4 organisations from 4 different European countries, including Poland, Italy, Great Britain and Bulgaria. The different capacities of the involved actors allow for an integrated approach that generates greater impact and efficiency on the project activities.

The activities, which were carried out over the two project years, led to the achievement of three main results:

Virtual Reality Manual on Eduction Through Sport in adult education: they were recorded in 360 technology (the camera is recording everything that is around it) and allows the viewer to see the whole activity.

The development of an aETS Toolbox Booklet: the Toolbox created in a very user-friendly and attractive way gathers tools for Adult Education using Education Through Sport.

The set up of an Open Education Resource on Eucation Through Sport : this Output includes an application as well as a webpage that allow everyone to browse all the content created in the framework of the project.
